To be eligible for a refund or exchange the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original condition shoe box.
Discounted or "Sale" items are considered final sale products and are not eligible for return unless faulty. No exchanges, store credits, or refunds are available for changes of mind for these products (this includes purchasing the wrong size).
We have a 30-day return period for you to send back your order.
For your returned shoe(s), we will gladly issue a Credit Note for the value of the item(s) or provide a Refund for the value of the item to the same payment form.
