Today I had the most outstanding service from Mel and the team. I was having some issues with my running shoes, Mel went above and beyond to get me a resolution . Mel went out of her way to make sure we weren’t missing something even having a chat with Alex from Hinkler Podiatry, I loved that the team weren’t out just to sell me a shoe , they wanted to make sure it functioned in the way I needed it to.
