Our Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE: For in-store purchases please return to the location of purchase. If this is not possible please contact our customer service on 07 3265 5660. Returns of in-store purchases will not be accepted through our online returns portal.

For ONLINE purchases: For your returned shoe(s), we will gladly:

- Issue a Credit Note for the value of the item(s)

- Provide a Refund for the value of the item to the same payment form

We do not provide direct exchanges due to our stock levels changing rapidly. You can instead use your issued Credit Note to reorder a different size or width, or to purchase something else!

We have a 30-day return period for you to send back your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original condition. If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not in line with our policy, we will contact you and return item(s) to you.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on Socks.

We do not accept returns on Sale items. This means items in the Sale collection, not flash discount sales.

Processing Time

Once you’ve dropped the shoe off at your nearest AusPost the order should be returned to us within 7 business days.

Processing returns can take some time, so please allow 1-3 business days after this.

If you have chosen the refund option, the funds should appear in your account within 2-4 business days subject to your bank’s refund procedures.
