Consent to Photograph, Film and Use Content

By signing below, I give FootMotion permission to photograph, film, and record me during my visit, event participation, or in-store experience.

I understand that this content may be used by FootMotion for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Website and blog content
• Email marketing and EDMs
• Paid advertising and promotional campaigns
• In-store and printed marketing materials

I understand that:

• I will not receive payment or compensation for the use of this content unless otherwise agreed in writing
• FootMotion may edit, adapt, or reuse the content in future campaigns
• This consent applies worldwide and does not expire unless withdrawn in writing
• FootMotion retains the right to use content captured during the agreed period or event

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age, or if under 18, that a parent or legal guardian has provided consent.

I understand I can request removal of content where reasonably possible, however FootMotion is not obligated to remove content that has already been published or distributed.
