FootMotion is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with any third party. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.

FootMotion uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart, and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from FootMotion only last while you're browsing our website. If you would like to activate or deactivate the use of cookies please contact your internet browser supplier directly.

Whenever you use our web site or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes.

An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

When you create an FootMotion account, the personal information we collect may include your:

Name, Delivery Address, Telephone & Mobile Number, Gender, Email Address, Date of Birth


The personal information we collect from you will be used in some or all of the following ways:

- To deliver the products you have purchased via our website.
- To communicate with you during the delivery process.
- To optimise the site and your shopping experience.
- To inform you of competition results you may have entered.
- To provide you with relevant product information and marketing from FootMotion (unless you have chosen to opt-out of said information).
- To aid FootMotion in the development of new products and services.

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry.
This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the FootMotion website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Promotion 1: School Lunches Are On Us
The School Lunches Are On Us promotion runs from 8 January 2026 to 25 January 2026.

1. Promoter
The promoter is FootMotion.

2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 8 January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 25 January 2026.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of FootMotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To receive one entry into the draw, customers must during the promotional period:
• Purchase any full-price school shoe in store 
• Subscribe to FootMotion emails
• Provide valid contact details

Each eligible purchase receives one entry. Multiple purchases may receive multiple entries.

5. Prize
• One (1) $500 Visa Gift Card per FootMotion store
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash

6. Draw Details
The prize draw will take place after the promotion ends. Winners will be contacted directly using the details provided.

7. General
• Entries submitted outside the promotional period will not be valid
• FootMotion reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms
• FootMotion’s decision is final

8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with FootMotion’s Privacy Policy and used for administering the promotion and ongoing marketing communications.

Promotion 2: FootMotion Class of 2026
The FootMotion Class of 2026 promotion runs from 8 January 2026 to 25 January 2026.

• The prize is one FootMotion gift card equal to the value of the winning school shoe purchase
• Prize value will not exceed the purchase price of the qualifying school shoe

  4. To enter, customers must purchase any On footwear during the promotion period. This includes full price and sale styles.
  5. Each eligible purchase receives one entry into the draw. Multiple purchases equal multiple entries.
  6. Entry is in store only. Online purchases are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
  7. One winner will receive an On Giveaway Promo Pack, which includes:
  • One free pair of On Cloud 6 shoes, colour of the winner’s choice, subject to availability.
  • One free On cap, colour of the winner’s choice, subject to availability.
  1. Prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
  2. The winner will be drawn after the promotion period and contacted directly using the details provided at time of purchase.
  3. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, FootMotion reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  4. FootMotion reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal value if the stated items are unavailable.
  5. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes, unless they advise otherwise.
  6. FootMotion reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
