Shipping policy

FootMotion ships across Australia with AusPost!

All our orders require a signature upon delivery and if no one is present to accept your delivery a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for pick-up.

Please note that we are unable to ship to international locations outside of Australia at this time.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

Delivery will take up to 3-5 business days within Australia (please allow longer for Regional Areas).

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update.
