Promoter
The promoter is FootMotion Pty Ltd.

1. Promotion Period
   The promotion runs from Monday 20 October 2025 to Monday 3 November 2025 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
2. Employees of FootMotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entrants must be subscribed to FootMotion email marketing at the time of the draw.

How to Enter

1. Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw when they purchase any Birkenstock product from participating FootMotion stores or the FootMotion online store during the Promotion Period.
2. Participating stores: Toowong, Southport, Noosa, Bundaberg, Maitland and the FootMotion online store.
3. Purchases made through the FootMotion Newcastle store (currently Pure Performance) are not included.
4. One (1) additional draw will be conducted from entries received via FootMotion’s official social media page.

Prizes

1. There will be one (1) winner per participating store (5 in total), one (1) online winner, and one (1) social media winner.
2. Each winner will receive one (1) pair of Birkenstock shoes of their choice. The chosen style must be a current, available style from within the FootMotion network. No special orders will be accepted.
3. The original purchased Birkenstock shoes that qualified the entrant for the draw are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply in the case of faulty goods.

5. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Draw and Winner Notification

1. The draws will take place within 7 days of the Promotion Period ending, at the FootMotion Head Office, Brisbane, QLD.
2. Winners will be contacted via phone or email (for in-store and online purchases) or via direct message on social media (for the social media draw).
3. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn.

6. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. By entering, participants consent to FootMotion using their name and/or image for promotional purposes related to this promotion without further compensation.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.
