FootMotion $5 School Shoe Rebate Program

Footmotion Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 72 651 770 277, (Footmotion) is the registered business responsible for the management and execution of this program. However, rebate payments may be made by a third party in the instance of Franchise owned Footmotion Stores.

The FootMotion Shoe Rebate Program is a community initiative designed to give back to schools near our stores in recognition of their loyalty and support. Footmotion will donate $5 from every pair of eligible shoes purchased from e local Footmotion store as nominated through your online registration by any of your staff, students or members of their families that request the school to be registered against an eligible sale.

Eligibility

• Only schools registered for the School Rebate Program with Footmotion Australia Pty Ltd are eligible to receive the rebate funds. Registrations of schools can be made by engaging either through a QR code on a Footmotion back to school brochure, in person to one of our store managers or on the Footmotion website.
• By registering your school, you agree to the following:

1. A representative from the registered school will meet once annually, at a minimum, to assist with co-ordination of your school’s rebate program including any required activations.
2. Promotion of the Footmotion rebate program to students and families via school communications including apps, social media, website, newsletters, posters in your uniform shop, at school events and at orientation days.
3. When promoting the Footmotion rebate program you must use Footmotion approved materials including our corporate logo.
4. You will permit members of the Footmotion team (with appropriate credentials such as blue cards) to present the rebate program at 2 school assemblies each calendar year in order to emphasise the benefit to the school.
5. You agree to Footmotion using the school’s logo in connection with the school rebate program on our website, social media, print media and other marketing channels.
6. Failure to execute the above conditions may affect your schools eligibility.
   

• Customers must nominate one of the participating schools at the time of purchase to enable rebate allocation.
  
• Eligible purchases must be made in-store or online at the full recommended retail price (RRP). Sale, clearance, promotional or discounted kids’ shoes are excluded, unless otherwise approved at FootMotion’s discretion.
  

Purchase Process

• Only sales that occur after a school’s registration will aggregate to form part of the rebate. Sales that occur prior to a school’s registration are not eligible.
• Customers can only nominate one registered school for each full price purchase, and this must be done in store prior to the completion of the purchase.
• Eligible purchases must be made in-store and at full price. Sale, clearance or discounted shoes are excluded.
• At the time of purchase (in-store or online), customers must select or name their chosen school from the list of participating schools.
  
• The rebate is not provided to the customer. It is tracked by FootMotion and allocated directly to the nominated school.
  
• FootMotion will maintain a record of eligible sales per school for the duration of the promotional period.
  

Rebate Distribution

• Rebates will be calculated and paid to schools as a lump sum twice yearly (timing outlined upon registration).
  
• To receive funds, a school must have a minimum of ten (10) qualifying purchases allocated to them within a calendar year.
  
• Participating schools will be contacted directly to confirm banking details and arrange payment.
  

Promotion Period

• The rebate program applies to eligible purchases made within a given calendar year.
  
• Eligible sales totals reset after each payment is made in the year.
  
• FootMotion reserves the right to amend or conclude the program at any time.
  

General Conditions

• Rebates are paid to schools only and are not redeemable for cash, credit or discounts by customers.
  
• FootMotion reserves the right to verify the eligibility of purchases and school allocations.
  
• By participating, schools agree to receive contact from FootMotion for administrative and promotional purposes.
