To be eligible for a refund or exchange the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original condition.
We have a 60-day return period for you to send back your order.
If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not in line with our policy, we will contact you and return the item(s) to you.
We do not accept returns on Sale items. This means items in the Sale collection, not flash discount sales.
You can return your order at no extra cost, we'll provide the pre-paid returns label for you! Please email us at email@example.com to organise a return.
For your returned shoe(s), we will gladly:
- Issue a Credit Note for the value of the item(s)
- Provide a Refund for the value of the item to the same payment form
We do not provide direct exchanges due to our stock levels changing rapidly. You can instead use your issued Credit Note to reorder a different size or width, or to purchase something else!
