Marylou Thearle brings a wealth of healthcare experience to FootMotion Podiatry, with a career spanning more than four decades across nursing and podiatry.

After more than 20 years working in nursing, Marylou completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) in 1988 before pursuing her passion for foot health and completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Podiatry) in 1995.

For 28 years, Marylou was the principal podiatrist and owner of Toowong Podiatry, where she built a trusted reputation for providing compassionate, high-quality care to generations of patients. Throughout her career, she has delivered comprehensive podiatry services across all areas of general foot care, with a particular focus on supporting patients with chronic health conditions and those whose feet are considered "at risk".

Today, Marylou is proud to continue caring for her long-standing patients and welcoming new ones as part of the FootMotion Podiatry team.
