1. Promotion Period
The FootMotion Awards promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2026.

2. Eligibility
To participate, customers must purchase a full-price pair of sandals during the Promotion Period from a participating FootMotion store or the FootMotion online store.

Customers must provide their contact details and opt in to receive FootMotion marketing communications at the time of purchase.

3. Every 10th Pair Wins
Every 10th qualifying purchase of a full-price pair of sandals will be a winning purchase.

Each FootMotion retail store operates independently for this promotion. The FootMotion online store also operates independently. Purchases made at one store or online do not contribute to the qualifying purchase count of another FootMotion store or the online store.

4. Winning Purchases
Qualifying purchases will be counted in the order in which they are completed. The 10th, 20th, 30th and subsequent 10th qualifying purchases at each participating store and online will be identified as winning purchases.

Winning purchases will be confirmed after the applicable return period has expired.

5. Prize
The customer whose qualifying purchase is identified as a winning purchase will receive a FootMotion Gift Card equal to the purchase price of the qualifying pair of sandals.

The prize will be issued following confirmation of the winning purchase.

6. Return of Winning Purchases
A winning purchase cannot be returned for a refund once the customer has been notified that it is a winning purchase.

If a qualifying purchase is returned before the winning purchase is confirmed, that purchase will no longer be eligible and will not count towards the qualifying purchase sequence.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Draw and Notification Process
Winning purchases will be reviewed weekly, with the relevant qualifying purchase being confirmed 14 days after the purchase date to allow the standard return period to expire.

Eligible winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

8. Exclusions
The promotion applies to full-price sandals only. Sale items, discounted sandals, other footwear, accessories and gift cards are excluded.

9. General Conditions
FootMotion reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any purchase and participant.

Employees of FootMotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
